JOB SUMMARY:


The Financial Analyst will gain broad domestic and international Finance and Accouting experience by supporting various departments within Oshkosh Corporation's Treasury group including Treasury, Risk Management, Credit, and International Shared Services (Finance and Sales Administration). This role will have the opportunity to rotate between respective Treasury departments every 18 months, based on business needs.





ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


o Coordinate financial forecasting.


o Support business development by setting up and supporting treasury and insurance processes for regional offices, supporting international tenders, and transactions.


o Support the estimation, execution and documentation of financial transactions.


o Track key deliverables of projects and contracts.


o Review, summarize and report highlights of requests for proposal, contracts and agreements.


o Assist in the management of working capital.


o Support month-end financial close process.


o Assist with the administration of risk management programs.


o Develop, track and report key performance indicators.


o Identify and support continuous improvement projects while leveraging Oshkosh Operating System's tools and concepts.


o Other duties as assigned.


o Regular attendance is required.





MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


o Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.


o Prior internship experience or one (1) or more years of experience in a related field.


o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


o Knowledge of basic Finance and Accounting concepts.
